Customer Support is Useless passing the buck from one department to another even while we did most of the work for setting up on our own. When we raised a ticket and got a call back the representative was VERY RUDE and not even willing to understand the problem. Every now and then the mail server is down and no proper response is there. My company has about 8 Domains and had taken Package from Hostindia.NET and earlier resellerclub both of them provided excellent service though a bit costly.
